The Tweets of the Week in the London Borough of Barnet 15/11/2014

So, here it is, again, this one's called .....

1. Well, if you give a sh1t about your community, this is th emost important tweet this week

Come to our library drop-in sessions to have your say about Barnet’s future library service

2. Chair of the Mill Hill Residents Association Richard Logue points out that not are the new company running Thameslink unable to organise the proverbial booze up in a brewery, they are incapable of putting together a consultation document

. there is no proposed timetable for Mill Hill in the consultation document for Dec 2015 timetable please rectify this

3. Sky News were in Hendon and asking people if they knew who Ed Milliband is. I think this is a bit of an unfair question. I mean even Ed Milliband doesn't seem to know who he is

Today we showed people in Hendon a picture of Ed Miliband and asked if they knew who he was. Here's what happened

4. An appeal to put Burnt Oak on the map!

If you have a place to go, eat or drink close to Burnt Oak station then I would love to feature you on my site. Please take a look.

5. Sadly I misread this. I thought the Police were handing out free copies of the Guardian to bolster the creation of a Socialist Superstate in Edgware and Golders Green !

Police are at Golders Green and Edgware Hubs handing out Guardian cards to support week of operations

6. Mike Bayley with a fantastic picture of Finchley Open Air pool.

The old Finchley open air pool, circa 1935. You can just see 's double sided stand in the background.

7. Need an Allotment in Whetstone.

Whetstone Stray Allotments in Barnet, North London are looking for organic growers to take on plots more details here

8.  Donald Lyven is worried about the Weather in Colindale

Big grey skies here in Colindale; many massive
puddles, horrible conditions.

 9. The Leader of Barnet Council finally loses his virginity! ( on Twitter).

farce last night. Barnet Labour again afraid to discuss anything or make a decision at committee Bit like Milliband waiting for instructions

10. Seems like the Deputy Leader of the Council believes everything he reads in the Daily Mail!

Miliband worse than Foot! Not looking good for Labour, no wonder they're so desperate nationally and locally
