First Capital Connect and the Worlds most unhelpful website


There are many things wrong with First Capital Connect. They don't seem able to get even the most simple things right. If you wanted to get in to work this morning from Mill Hill, you'd probably want to check the First Capital Connect website to see if there were any delays. The message to the left is what you'd see on the Journey Check website.

If you wanted the 08:20 and the 08:29 what would you think. The expected time says "On Time" but there is a message to say it's been delayed. The reason? They are waiting for a crew member.

Is it really beyond the wit of this awful company to actually give us some useful information that tells us whether the train is on time or not?
